The Port Hueneme public-record request form accepts a date, name, address, phone, email, requested action, delivery format, and a narrative with dates, times, or locations. Inspection is free. A request over 100 photocopied pages requires a 50 percent deposit. Ask for an existing identifiable file because the office does not need to create a new compilation.
